Refund Policy

At Cloud VPS Pakistan, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality and data security. Refunds are available only for first-time accounts with Cloud VPS Pakistan.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only within the following time frames from the date of purchase:

- Germany, Karachi, and Lahore VPS: within 48 hours

- Islamabad VPS: within 14 days

- USA and all other locations: non-refundable


2. Non-Refundable Services

We do not refund partial monthly fees for any accounts. No refunds are given for:

- USA VPS or Cloud Services

- Dedicated Servers

- Storage Services

- Domain Registration Fees

- OS License


3. Cancellation Policy

Customers must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before the next billing period. After the refund window or once the active billing cycle begins, no refund requests will be processed.


4. Notes

All setup fees are non-refundable. Once a VPS IP is assigned, it cannot be reissued to another customer, ensuring data privacy and security. We may deduct USD 2.5 or PKR 750 as a processing fee and refund the remaining amount.


5. Refund Method

All approved refunds are processed manually. Refunds are issued via digital wallets or bank transfer only, including:

- EasyPaisa

- JazzCash

- SadaPay

- NayaPay

- Local Bank Account

Refund processing may take 1-2 working days after approval. Customers must provide accurate wallet or bank details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

We offer a range of popular Linux distributions and Windows templates for fast VPS setup, including Debian, Almalinux, Ubuntu, CoreOS, and Windows Server 2019, 2022, and Windows 10. You can also install any other operating system manually using a custom ISO.
